our Return Policy
All sales of original artwork are final. For larger work and commissioned pieces we will send you a verification photo to be sure that you love it before we ship it.
If you received the wrong print. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right. Please keep all packaging materials that the print came in as it will need to be returned in the same, exact package.
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. If it is a large piece of artwork, the shipment will come with insurance and the damage process will need to be started by filing a claim. Please contact me as soon as you receive your artwork if there is a damage issue. If the delivery company reports that it was delivered and the package is missing, they will be responsible for handling any claim issue from you. If it is a large piece of artwork, a signature at delivery will be required.
If you gave us the wrong shipping address and the product shipped, we cannot replace the product. If it happens to get returned to us, we are happy to reship it to the correct address but you will need to pay for shipping. Hopefully this will never be an issue.
